Copyrighter at the beginnings of his career. He was Creative Director and General Creative Director of DDB and Young & Rubicam, General Creative Director and Regional of SAATCHI & SAATCHI and EURO RSCG (HAVAS Group today).
As Regional Creative Director of EURO RSCG he was part of the BOARD responsible for the global creativity of PEUGEOT. In 2005, together with his creative partner Dario Lanis, they lauched CRAVEROLANIS, their own independent agency which in a few years consolidated itself as the most creative and awarded of Argentina.

Ad Age chose it as the most creative in Latin America and for four consecutive years CRAVEROLANIS was the most awarded Argentine agency in both national and international festivals.
Juan Cravero was Academic Director of the Argentine Association of Advertising Agencies and is a member of the board of directors of the Argentine Circle of Creatives.
He has been a jury repeatedly in the most important festivals in the world such as: Cannes, Clio, D&AD London, One Show, San Sebastian, New York Festival and London Festival, among others. His works, made for important national and international brands, have been published and featured in the most prestigious yearbooks and specialized media in the world.

Art Director at the beginnings of his career. He was Creative Director of Young & Rubicam Bs. As. And General Creative Director and Regional of SAATCHI & SAATCHI and EURO RSCG (HAVAS Group today).

Darío Lanis has been a juror repeatedly in the most important festivals in the world such as: Cannes, Montreaux Festival, New York Festival and London Festival, among others.
His works, made for important national and international brands, have been published and featured in the most prestigious yearbooks and specialized media in the world.
He is editor of the Argentine Photographers Collection. Project under which have already published 16 books in order to spread the work of the most outstanding artists in the country. He is screenwriter, co-director and producer of "Today I woke up", a special program for the World Day of the fight against AIDS, which was awarded with a Gold Medal at the New York Festival TV Broadcasting Awards and broadcasted through the UN by a Kofi Annan initiative.

Gabriel Maloneay

He began his career as an Account Executive in the historic and emblematic agency Lautrec. A few years later, he is promoted to Account Director, and then holds the position of General Account Director during a period in which the agency grows from position 19 to be one of the top five billing agencies.
In 2005, after several years as General Director of Euro RSCG, together with Darío Lanis and Juan Cravero, they decided to become independent by launching their own agency: CRAVEROLANIS, of which he is a partner and CEO.
CRAVEROLANIS quickly consolidates itself as the most successful national agency, not only for the quantity and importance of its national and international clients, but also for being the most awarded agency.
In 2010, together with its partners in CRAVEROLANIS, he created a new company, HUMAN, which stands out as one of the most innovative agencies, focusing on brand experiences and the use of new technologies.
In 2012 he was elected President of the Argentine Advertising Association and re-elected in 2014. During his management, the Association focused on promoting Argentine talent in the world and together with the Argentine Chamber of Advertisers, they creat The Code of Good Commercial Practices
In 2013 he was appointed jury in the Creative Effectiveness category of the Cannes festival.
Distinguished educator, he is a member of the Argentine Marketing Association. For three consecutive years he is named as the Best Professional in the area of ​​accounts in the prestigious Jerry Goldenberg Award.
Winner of the Mercury Grand Prix (AAM) and the Grand Effie in the category SUSTAINED SUCCESS, was jury in the most recognized festivals and has won important prizes in all of them.
